About
An education innovation studio.
Atlantic Cape Concepts, LLC designs, builds, and studies learning solutions in partnership with the organizations and people who will use them.

What we are
A studio, not a catalog.
Atlantic Cape Concepts, LLC works at the intersection of education, research, creativity, technology, and real-world learning. The company exists to co-create educational resources, experiences, and tools that have genuine educational value — not simply to promote products.
That means the work spans forms. In one engagement it is a curriculum unit and educator toolkit. In another it is a browser-based tool built quickly enough to test an idea. In another it is a workshop, a family learning guide, or a pilot study with a program partner. The common thread is usefulness: whether an educator, a family, or a learner is better off because the work exists.
Research-informed ideas. Practical innovation. Meaningful learning.
Practice areas
- Learning design and curriculum development

How we operate
Six commitments that shape the work.
Educational value first
A project earns its place by improving learning, not by being novel or by being easy to market.
Research-informed, practice-tested
Evidence shapes the design; real settings decide whether the design survives.
Honest claims
We describe what a project is — concept, prototype, pilot, working tool — and nothing more.
Built for the people using it
Educators, families, and learners work under real constraints. Designs that ignore those constraints fail quietly.
Iteration over launch
The interesting work happens after the first version, when feedback starts changing decisions.
Mutual partnership
Each organization contributes expertise, resources, audiences, or opportunities the other genuinely needs.
Founder
Leadership
Dr. Nicole T. Kammer
Founder · Education researcher · Curriculum and EdTech designer
Atlantic Cape Concepts was founded by Dr. Nicole T. Kammer, an education researcher and curriculum and educational technology designer. Her work focuses on early childhood and elementary education, literacy and language, mathematics and inquiry, play-based learning, and the practical use of technology in teaching and learning.
That combination shapes how the studio works: research questions and design questions are treated as the same conversation, and prototypes are built early so practitioners can respond to something real.
Positioning
We look for partnerships that expand access to innovative, practical, and engaging educational experiences for children, families, educators, and learning organizations.
